Alex leads business incubation at Aevum, partnering with operators to launch and scale enduring businesses. He’s most excited by building from first principles—combining disciplined capital, modern technology, and hands-on execution to create companies designed for long-term ownership.

His background spans from investment banking to senior finance and operating roles at growth-stage and global consumer businesses, where he led capital strategy, operational finance, and business scaling. He has partnered closely with founders, boards, and investors to support thoughtful growth, transitions, and long-term value creation.

Brandon Sitz

Brandon leads acquisitions at Aevum, partnering with founders to identify, acquire, and operate legacy businesses. He’s focused on thoughtful transitions, disciplined underwriting, and building platforms that preserve what works while creating long-term opportunity for growth.

Brandon’s background spans from investment banking to senior finance, operations, and strategy roles across technology and high-growth software companies. He has worked in a variety of early-stage and post-IPO companies, partnering closely key decision makers to yield optimal outcomes for the respective stage of growth.
